How it works

The visa is decided by the Saudi authorities. Before submission, the application summary is compared, field by field, with your documents.

Which visa do I need for Umrah?

If your passport is on the list of 68 countries, the tourist eVisa: it allows Umrah outside the seasonal closure period set each year by the Saudi authorities. Otherwise, a Schengen, US or UK visa, permanent residence or residence in the Gulf can make you eligible through a special request; failing that, request an Umrah visa.

Do I need a permit to go to the Haram?

Yes. Before going to the Haram for Umrah, book your Umrah permit in the official app, with your visa and passport.

How quickly do I get my eVisa?

With us, you choose Express or Normal: the time of each option is shown before payment. The Ministry, for its part, states 1 minute to 3 working days.

How much does the visa cost?

A fixed price per passport, all included: official fees, compulsory insurance and our service. It is shown before you pay, in two parts. The official fees published by the Ministry are detailed on this page.

What is a special request?

It is the route for a passport not on the list, with a document the Ministry accepts. You provide the document, front and back, with its number and expiry date; a person on our team studies the request and replies. We promise neither a time nor a price in advance for this case.

How does an Umrah visa request work?

You create your myumrahvisa account, then fill in the request form: passport and travel dates, the passport photo being reused. We do the rest and you follow the request in your account.

How many passports per application?

Up to 4, for you and your family. A minor is linked to an adult in the same application. Beyond that, the agency offer is built for it.

Do you guarantee the visa?

No. We do not guarantee the visa; we guarantee the accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents provided. The visa is decided by the Saudi authorities. If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.
