Group eVisa: every application entered and checked on the portal

For pilgrims whose nationality is eligible for the tourist eVisa, we enter each application on the official portal, compare what it shows with your data, then you pay the official fees. Up to 100 passports per request.

The eVisa portal account: who does what

  • Who holds the accountA person from your agency, if their nationality gives access to the eVisa; otherwise, a person from our company, NAF Consulting, on an account we open for your agency, kept apart from others. If your agency already has an account, we can enter on it.
  • Who signs inAlways a person, who types the security code shown by the portal and the verification code received: our team on the accounts we run, your agency on its own.
  • Who paysYour agency pays the official fees on the portal, with its own card, which we never see. No tool pays.
  • What we do, what you keepWe enter each application, compare it with your data, then retrieve the visas. Your agency keeps the decision to pay, the choice of pilgrims and, on its own account, its credentials.

What happens on the portal

  • Up to 100 passportsA single request for the whole group, each family kept whole.
  • The adult before the minorEach minor is entered with the adult they are linked to, the adult first.
  • Photo in the portal's formatTaken from the passport or your file, cropped without retouching the face.
  • Comparison before paymentThe summary shown by the portal is read field by field. As long as it differs from your data, the request is not announced as ready to pay.
  • Never twiceIf the confirmation of a submission is lost, nothing is resent automatically: a person checks on the portal.
  • You pay, we collectYou pay the official fees with your card, which we never see. We detect the payment, then collect each visa as it is issued.

For 100 passports

How we count

An order of magnitude, not a timing: these are the fields our tools fill in on the eVisa portal's forms for one adult (14 personal details, 10 passport and stay details, 1 insurance), excluding declaration boxes and corrections. A minor has 2 more. Counted in our entry module on 29 October 2026.

What you need for each pilgrim

A passport
We check its remaining validity during the analysis
A photo

Marital status and occupation
Once per pilgrim
Country of birth
Read from the passport, confirmed if needed
Place of residence
If it is missing, the address set in your agency settings applies

Our guarantee

We guarantee the accuracy of what we enter.

Accurate data entry, guaranteed

We do not guarantee the visa; we guarantee the accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents provided.

Every value sent to the portal follows the same path, and that path ends with a comparison against what you validated.

  1. Read from your documents

Each value comes from the passport, your answers or your agency's settings, and we keep where it came from.

  2. Reviewed by a person

Image and fields side by side: each field is validated or corrected before entry.

  3. Entered as validated

Our tools carry the validated values onto the portal. Nobody retypes them by hand.

  4. Compared before paying or sending

The portal's summary is compared field by field with the validated data. While a difference remains, the request is not announced as ready.

The guarantee covers any gap between your documents and what we entered. Information that is missing or wrong in the document provided is not covered: we flag it when we see it.

If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.

How we check

Normal or Express

Normal or Express: you choose before you start the entry, and the cost is shown at that point. Normal follows the standard turnaround; Express puts your request first. Official fees are paid on the portal, by your agency. The pricing below is the same for all three modes.

Agency pricing

Your first request is free

Launch offerThen €0.99 per passport processed

Express option: €2 per passport

Pricing at a glance

  • First request free: one per agency, whatever the mode, up to 100 passports (the maximum size of a request).
  • In Normal it is entirely free; in Express, only the Express surcharge of €1.01 per passport is due.
  • From the second request: €0.99 per passport processed in Normal, €2 in Express.
  • Official visa fees are extra, paid by the agency.
  • A passport processed is a passport submitted on the portal: it is billed even if the visa is refused or cancelled after submission, never if it is withdrawn or set aside before.
  • You pay once the request is processed, never at signature.

Normal: the standard turnaround. Express: your request is handled first.

The same pricing for all three modes, with no subscription or commitment.

Agency pricing: your first request is free, then one price per passport

No. We create and manage an account dedicated to your agency. If you already have one, we can also enter applications on it.

Your agency, on the portal, with its own card, which we never see. A step-by-step guide helps you when it is time to pay.

What do you check before payment?

The summary shown by the portal, field by field, compared with the validated data. While a difference remains, the request is not announced as ready to pay.

A pilgrim already has a visa: what do you do?
