Our commitments to travellers
What we promise you, and how to be refunded. “Set”: a rule fixed in the design of the service. “Planned”: a commitment that will be in place before opening.
| Commitment | What it means | Status |
|---|---|---|
| eVisa times | Express or Normal: the time of each option is shown before payment. | Set |
| Time stated | The time of your option appears in the confirmation sent by email, with the order summary. | Set |
| Passport set aside | A passport set aside before the application is submitted is refunded. | Set |
| Check before payment | An expired or unreadable passport, or one that is not eligible for the eVisa, is flagged before you pay, never after. | Set |
| Human review | Every passport is reviewed by a person on our team before the application. | Set |
| Accuracy of entries | We do not guarantee the visa; we guarantee the accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents provided: the application summary is compared with your documents before submission. | Set |
| All-inclusive price | Official fees, compulsory insurance and our fee: nothing is added after payment. The price is shown in two parts before you pay. | Set |
| An entry error on our side | If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost. | Set |
| Your data | Hosted in Ireland, in the European Union, and encrypted; we are responsible for it; documents erased automatically 30 days after your return; you exercise your rights of access, correction and erasure by email. | Set |
| Early erasure | At your request, from your account, before the end of the retention period. | Planned |
| Recourse | A person on our team replies by email. | Planned |
What we do not promise
- Obtaining the visa: it is decided by the Saudi authorities.
- A time or a price for a special request: each case is studied by a person on our team.
