A nationality not on the list can still get the tourist eVisa if the traveller lives in a Gulf country, is a permanent resident of the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, or holds a US, UK or Schengen visa already used. They then provide the document that proves it.
United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, whatever the profession. Residence permit valid for at least 3 months after arrival, passport valid for at least 6 months. First-degree family members may travel with them.
