Who publishes this site

myumrahvisa is a private service published by NAF Consulting, a company being registered in France. The legal information is on the legal notice page.

What we do

We apply for the Saudi tourist eVisa, which allows Umrah, on behalf of travel agencies and individual travellers: you send the passports; as the service is designed, a person reviews every file, then we fill in the application on the official portal and deliver the visas.

An agency or group organiser sends requests of up to 100 passports; an individual orders up to 4 passports, for themselves and their family.

For nationalities without the eVisa, an individual traveller requests an Umrah visa from their account, by filling in the request form (see the Umrah visa page). Agencies have three modes, described on the Agencies page.

An independent service

We have no link with the Saudi authorities or their official portals. Visas and permits are issued at their sole discretion: we never guarantee them.

Your passports and your data

Passports are sensitive data. They are hosted in Ireland, in the European Union, every file is encrypted, numbers are masked by default for our team, and documents are erased automatically 30 days after the return date. Who writes the guides, and how

The guides are published by the myumrahvisa team. Each one shows its publication date, its update date and its list of sources, with the date we consulted them.

We start from official sources (Saudi ministries and portals); when only the press or a law firm reports a rule, we say so and mark it as a secondary source. A dated rule is shown as "rule current as of …". We never invent a date or a figure, and we flag what still needs confirming.

Our guides give no prices: the service's pricing is explained on the pricing page.
