Who acts, step by step
- Who it is for
- Nationalities without the online eVisa, when your agency has no Nusuk account or prefers to delegate.
- Your agency
- Adds the pilgrims, answers the questions, then chooses which ones it hands us, pilgrim by pilgrim.
- We
- Prepare each record, compare it with the validated data, then file the Umrah visa request and follow it.
- You pay
- Our service at the agency price, first request free; the official visa fees, shown with the processing time before you confirm.
- You receive
- Follow-up of each pilgrim, then their visa, in your agency space.
Trade terms
- SRDOCS
- each passenger's passport data, in the format the airline enters in the booking.
- Rooming
- the list of hotel rooms: who sleeps with whom, families together.
- Badges
- the name cards pilgrims wear during the trip.
- Listing
- the full list of the group: identity, passport, visa and hotel of each pilgrim.
Who it is for
- Pilgrims whose nationality is not eligible for the online eVisa, for example from Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Pakistan, India or Indonesia.
- Agencies without a Nusuk account, or that would rather hand us the request than enter it in their own account.
- Part of a group only: pilgrims eligible for the eVisa follow the eVisa request in the same submission.
Who does what
YouYour agency
- Adds the passports and describes the trip, as for an eVisa.
- Answers the questions that come back to it, as decision cards.
- Chooses, pilgrim by pilgrim, the ones it hands us, after seeing the official fees and the processing time.
A personWe
- Read and check every passport; a person on our team reviews it.
- Gather what the Umrah visa requires, and ask you for anything missing.
- Compare each record with the validated data, then file the request for your agency, follow it, and file each visa under the pilgrim's name.
What we prepare for each pilgrim
The Umrah visa asks for more than an eVisa. We gather it from the passport and your answers.
- The name in Arabic, read from the passport when it is printed there, otherwise suggested and then reviewed.
- The father's name, missing from the passport's coded lines: we ask you for it.
- Each pilgrim's city of birth and vaccination record.
- Each minor linked to an adult in the group.
- No photo to provide: the passport photo is used. If it is unusable, we ask you for a new one.
Our guarantee
We guarantee the accuracy of what we enter.
Accurate data entry, guaranteedWe do not guarantee the visa; we guarantee the accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents provided.
Every value sent to the portal follows the same path, and that path ends with a comparison against what you validated.
Read from your documents
Each value comes from the passport, your answers or your agency's settings, and we keep where it came from.

Image and fields side by side: each field is validated or corrected before entry.
Entered as validated
Our tools carry the validated values onto the portal. Nobody retypes them by hand.
Compared before paying or sending
The portal's summary is compared field by field with the validated data. While a difference remains, the request is not announced as ready.
The guarantee covers any gap between your documents and what we entered. Information that is missing or wrong in the document provided is not covered: we flag it when we see it.
If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.
Price and processing time

Frequently asked questions
Who files the Umrah visa request?
We do, for your agency, through our accounts or through a partner, after comparing each record with the validated data. You do not need to sign in to a portal or connect a Nusuk account.
Do we need a Nusuk account?
No. That is the difference with mode 3, where our extension fills in the records in your own Nusuk account: connect your Nusuk account.
How much does it cost?
First request free: one per agency, whatever the mode, up to 100 passports (the maximum size of a request). In Normal it is entirely free; in Express, only the Express surcharge of €1.01 per passport is due. From the second request: €0.99 per passport processed in Normal, €2 in Express. Official visa fees are extra, paid by the agency. A passport processed is a passport submitted on the portal: it is billed even if the visa is refused or cancelled after submission, never if it is withdrawn or set aside before. You pay once the request is processed, never at signature. Official visa fees are shown before you confirm.
How long does it take?
The processing time is shown before you confirm. Issuance of the visa remains the decision of the Saudi authorities.
Can we hand over only part of the group?
Yes. You choose pilgrim by pilgrim. The others can follow the eVisa request or your Nusuk account, in the same submission.
What do we provide for each pilgrim?
The passport and the usual information, plus what the Umrah visa requires: the father's name, the city of birth and the vaccination record. The Arabic name is read from the passport when it is printed there. No photo to provide, unless the passport photo is unusable.
Do you guarantee the visa?
No. We do not guarantee the visa; we guarantee the accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents provided. Issuance remains the decision of the Saudi authorities. If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.
When will this mode open?
It opens nationality by nationality, with no date announced. The eVisa request and the Umrah visa on your Nusuk account are available from the opening of agency accounts.
