Which mode should our agency choose?
It depends on each pilgrim's nationality and on your Nusuk account. Nationality eligible for the online eVisa: mode 1. No eVisa, with a Nusuk account: mode 3, available from the opening of agency accounts. No eVisa and no Nusuk account: mode 2, which opens nationality by nationality.
Why do you verify our agency?
We submit visa applications on behalf of pilgrims: only real agencies should be able to do so, and it protects travellers' data. From your account, you add the business registration and the travel agency licence; a member of our team reviews them. Before verification, you can already have 5 passports read and prepare 3 requests, but none goes to processing. Once the agency is verified, there is no limit.
Can we mix modes in the same request?
Yes. You add the whole group at once, and each pilgrim takes their route as soon as they are read: eVisa for some, Nusuk for others. You choose pilgrim by pilgrim and follow the group in one place.
What is the difference between mode 2 and mode 3?
In mode 2, we file the Umrah visa request for you: no Nusuk account to connect. In mode 3, everything happens in your own Nusuk account: our extension fills in the records in your browser, and you sign in, send and pay yourself. Details: Umrah visa by us and connect your Nusuk account.
Is mode 2 already open?
Not yet: it opens nationality by nationality, with no date announced. If your agency has a Nusuk account, mode 3 handles these pilgrims from the opening of agency accounts.
How do we pay, depending on the mode?
First request free: one per agency, whatever the mode, up to 100 passports (the maximum size of a request). In Normal it is entirely free; in Express, only the Express surcharge of €1.01 per passport is due. From the second request: €0.99 per passport processed in Normal, €2 in Express. Official visa fees are extra, paid by the agency. A passport processed is a passport submitted on the portal: it is billed even if the visa is refused or cancelled after submission, never if it is withdrawn or set aside before. You pay once the request is processed, never at signature. The same pricing applies to all three modes. Official fees are paid on the portal in mode 1, with the request in mode 2, in your Nusuk account in mode 3. See agency pricing.
What do you guarantee, whatever the mode?
The accuracy of the information we enter, based on the documents you give us: every passport is reviewed by a person, and what is entered is compared with the validated data before payment or sending. Issuance of the visa remains the decision of the Saudi authorities. If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.
Do our Nusuk credentials pass through you?
No. In mode 3, you sign in yourself in your browser; username, password and codes never pass through us. In mode 2, you do not need a Nusuk account.
How much data entry do you save us?
On the eVisa portal, each adult takes 25 fields across 5 form pages, and a minor 2 more: for 100 passports, around 2,500 fields and 500 pages. With us, you add the passports and answer only the questions that come back to you.
Who reviews our files?
A person on our team reviews every passport, field by field, with the image in view, before any entry. A reading doubt stays with us; only what is up to you, such as a scan to redo, is asked of you.
What do we see in our space during the request?
The status of the request (received, being checked, submitted to the portal, ready to pay, paid, visas obtained, file ready) and of each pilgrim, with the passport table, the pending questions and the entry summary.
How are we told when an answer is needed from us?
By a notification in your space and by email, grouped per request and with no personal data, which opens the question directly. A reminder goes out if the answer is slow to come.
What happens after payment?
We detect the payment, then look for each visa as it is issued, retrieve it and file it under the pilgrim's name. Visas can be downloaded as they come; “File ready” appears when everything is delivered. A refused visa is flagged to you pilgrim by pilgrim.
What do you do if the portal refuses an entry?
The tool stops at the first refusal and a person on our team takes over. If the confirmation of a submission is lost, nothing is resent automatically: a person checks on the portal before doing anything else.
Can we correct a mistake afterwards?
Before sending, yes: you correct it in your space, and the entry summary has a button to report an error. A pilgrim already sent to the portal can no longer be changed; write to us from your space and a person on our team will look into it with you.
Are the rooming list and badges paid extras?
No. SRDOCS, the rooming list, badges and the listing are included, at no extra cost. They are generated from the trip and the pilgrims, pilgrim by pilgrim, as soon as the visa is obtained.
How do we get the visas?
In your space: each visa is retrieved as it is issued and filed under the pilgrim's name. You download the group file in one go: visas, passports and photos, listing, entry summary, SRDOCS, rooming and badges.
In Nusuk mode, do you retrieve the visas?
Yes. Once your agency has sent and paid in its Nusuk account, we retrieve each visa, file it under the pilgrim's name, and it joins the group file, downloadable in one click.
