Group visas: your questions as an agency

The answers below describe the service as it is designed. Missing a question? Write to us.

What are the three modes for an agency?

The eVisa request, for nationalities on the online eVisa list; the Umrah visa request by us, for nationalities without the eVisa, with no Nusuk account to connect, which opens nationality by nationality; the Umrah visa on your own Nusuk account, filled in by our extension in your browser. Each pilgrim takes their own, in the same request. The comparison is on the how it works page.

Do we need an account on the Saudi eVisa portal?

No. We create and manage an account dedicated to your agency; if you already have one, we can enter applications on it. You only go there to pay the official fees, guided step by step.

Can we use our own Nusuk account?

Yes. You install our extension in your browser, sign in to Nusuk yourself, and it enters your pilgrims, already read and reviewed. Sending and payment stay with you. Details: connect your Nusuk account.

What do you guarantee?

The accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents you give us. The portal summary is compared with your data before payment or sending. The visa remains the decision of the Saudi authorities. See our method. If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.

How much does the service cost for an agency?

First request free: one per agency, whatever the mode, up to 100 passports (the maximum size of a request). In Normal it is entirely free; in Express, only the Express surcharge of €1.01 per passport is due. From the second request: €0.99 per passport processed in Normal, €2 in Express. Official visa fees are extra, paid by the agency. A passport processed is a passport submitted on the portal: it is billed even if the visa is refused or cancelled after submission, never if it is withdrawn or set aside before. You pay once the request is processed, never at signature. The same pricing applies to all three modes, with no subscription; you pay in the currency of your country, at the fixed price shown, set by the agency's country when the account is created. See agency pricing.

Who pays the portal's official fees?

Your agency, on the portal, with its own card, which we never see. An option where we pay the portal for you is coming later.

How many passports per request?

Up to 100. You can send the validated files while the others wait for a correction.

What if a passport is unreadable or not on the list?

A simple question asks you to redo the scan, attach a proof or remove the pilgrim. A pilgrim removed before submission is not charged.

What do we receive at the end?

One file: each pilgrim's visa, passport and photo, the request listing, the filing summary, plus SRDOCS, the rooming list and badges.

How long does a request take?

The analysis shows an estimate based on the size of the request; entry in Normal or Express then runs once all passports are approved. Details on the how it works page.

How are minors handled?

Each minor is linked to an adult in the same request and entered with them, the adult first.

Who is responsible for our pilgrims' data?

Your agency is the controller; we act as processor, on its instructions. See security and data.
