Filing Umrah visas for a group: the guide for travel agents
In short
To file Umrah visas for a group, an agency first checks each pilgrim's route: the tourist eVisa by nationality or by residence, or the Umrah visa through Nusuk for everyone else. myumrahvisa enters the applications on behalf of agencies, the eVisa on the official portal and the Umrah visa on the agency's own Nusuk account: you send the passports, we review every file, enter the application on the official portal and deliver the visas with the group's travel documents. We guarantee the accuracy of what we enter, and issuance remains the decision of the Saudi authorities.
Private service, not affiliated with the Saudi authorities.
Before sending: check every passport
A group is prepared one passport at a time. Before sending a request, four checks avoid most of the back-and-forth with your pilgrims.
- Nationality. Run every nationality in the group through our eligibility checker, which shows the possible route with the official source and the date it was checked. Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, among others, have no access to the online eVisa.
- Passport validity: at least 6 months. We check each passport's remaining validity during the analysis in any case.
- Proof of residence, for a pilgrim who qualifies for the eVisa through residence: a Gulf residence permit (valid for at least 3 months), a US, UK or EU permanent residence card, or a US, UK or Schengen visa already used, with its entry stamp.
- Minors. Each minor is linked to an adult in the same request and entered with them, adult first. If the adult takes another route, the minor normally follows.
For the group itself, have the travel dates, flights and hotels in Makkah and Madinah ready: they are reused in every application. The residence rules are covered in our guide to the eVisa through residence.
Groups with mixed nationalities: each passport has its route
A request can mix nationalities. Each pilgrim follows their own route, and a passport with no route does not hold up the others: the rest of the group moves on.
| Route | For which pilgrim | You provide | At myumrahvisa |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tourist eVisa | Nationality on the online eVisa list | Passport, photo, details, trip | Available: filed for you on the official portal |
| eVisa through residence | Gulf resident, US, UK or EU permanent resident, US, UK or Schengen visa already used | The same items, plus the document proving residence | Available: document checked by our team, handled manually |
| Umrah visa through Nusuk | Nationalities without the eVisa | The same items, plus what Nusuk asks for | Available: entered on your agency's Nusuk account, through our extension in your browser |
| No open route | Neither by nationality nor by residence | Nothing | Flagged clearly, nothing charged |
The Umrah visa through Nusuk goes through the official Nusuk Umrah platform, for the countries it serves, or through a provider licensed by the Saudi ministry in charge of Umrah. For an agency with its own Nusuk account, we enter the pilgrims on that account: our extension works in your browser, after you sign in, and sending and payment stay with you. Details: connect your Nusuk account.
What the agency provides, what we do
| Topic | Your agency | myumrahvisa |
|---|---|---|
| eVisa portal account | Nothing to create or enter | An account dedicated to your agency, created and managed by us, kept apart from other agencies |
| Trip | Dates, airports, flights and hotels | Dates aligned, nights counted, details reused in every application |
| Passports | Send them, then sign the processing order | Human review of every passport, with fixes made without asking you where possible |
| Questions | Settle only the cases that need you | Ask only real questions: scan to redo, eligibility, a minor's family link |

| Filing | Check the summary and start the filing | Enter each application on the official portal, then compare the summary shown by the portal with your data |
| Official fees | Pay them on the portal with your card | Guide you step by step, without ever seeing the card |
| Visas | Download the file | Collect each visa when issued, file it under the pilgrim's name, prepare the group's travel documents |
How a request runs, step by step
Our how it works page describes the journey in eight steps. In short:
Create the agency account
Email, password and a verification code at every login. You describe the agency and accept the terms; we verify the agency before activating the account.
Describe the trip
Outbound flight, hotels by city, return flight: a simple outline whose dates line up with each other.
Send the passports and sign
Up to 100 passports, as files or with your phone camera, then signing the processing order. The analysis starts at once.
Follow the analysis
Each passport is read, checked and reviewed by our team. You only answer the questions that need your decision.
Complete the details
Whatever is still missing, with the answers set for the group, visible and editable.
Photos and documents
Photos taken from the passports or imported, one by one if needed.
Start the filing
You choose the service level, see the cost in credits and start. We enter each application and you follow progress pilgrim by pilgrim.
Pay and receive the visas
You pay the official fees on the portal. We collect each visa when issued and prepare a complete file, with the travel documents.
How our service is counted
Our service is paid with credits per pilgrim; no amount is published yet, and the price list will be announced at launch. The rules themselves are already set out on the pricing page.
- One credit per pilgrim at the Normal level; the Express level uses more, with the cost shown before you start.
- The credit is reserved when you start the filing, then used when the portal accepts the application.
- A pilgrim removed or without a route before submission is never charged. A visa refused by the authorities on the merits is not refunded.
- Credits stay valid for 3 months, with no subscription. The portal's official fees are paid separately, by your agency.
What the Nusuk visa will require on top
To prepare now the files of pilgrims who will go through Nusuk, here is the extra information we will ask for each of them:
- The name in Arabic: first name, father's name and family name, each limited to 15 characters, in Arabic letters only.
- The father's name, which is not in the coded lines at the bottom of the passport photo page.
- The city of birth.
- Each traveller's vaccination record, which we will ask for.
- No photo to provide: Nusuk uses the passport photo.
- A minor under 16 linked to an adult in the same group.
- A passport valid for at least 6 months after the departure date.
Season dates to respect
For the 1448 season, Umrah visas are issued from 31 May 2026 to 9 March 2027; the last entry is set for 23 March 2027 and the last departure for 7 April 2027. The tourist eVisa follows its own validity, but the seasonal closure period applies to every pilgrim, whatever their visa. The full detail, including Ramadan 2027, is in our 1448 calendar. Mind the entry window: according to the press (Gulf News, 31 October 2025) and Wego (8 September 2026), an Umrah visa not used to enter within 30 days of issuance is cancelled. For your groups on an Umrah visa, file the requests within the 30 days before the planned arrival.
Each pilgrim's Umrah permit
The visa is not enough. Before going to the Haram, every pilgrim needs an Umrah permit, booked in the Nusuk or Tawakkalna app for a given date and time. Only one permit can be active at a time; to change the slot, cancel before the booked time and book a new one.
A travel guide notes that a permit holder can add companions to the booking, provided each has their own valid visa. Rules for young children vary by season: check them in the app when booking. The steps are in our eVisa or Nusuk guide and in our guide to the Umrah permit in Nusuk.

Frequently asked questions
How many passports can one request hold?
Up to 100 passports per request. You can send the validated files while the others wait for a correction.
Can one group mix nationalities?
Yes. Each pilgrim follows the route that fits their nationality and documents, and you see it from the analysis of the request.
Does my agency need an account on the eVisa portal?
No. We create and manage an account dedicated to your agency. You only go there to pay the official fees, guided step by step, with your own card, which we never see.
What happens to a pilgrim with no available route?
We say so clearly and nothing is charged for that pilgrim. A pilgrim without the eVisa can go through the Umrah visa via Nusuk, which we enter on your agency's own Nusuk account.
Do you guarantee the group's visas?
No. We prepare, review and file the applications; issuance remains the decision of the Saudi authorities.
