Umrah visa and Saudi eVisa: frequently asked questions

The answers below describe the service as designed. Missing a question? Write to us.

For everyone

Does the visa you apply for allow Umrah?

Yes. The Saudi tourist eVisa, which we apply for on your behalf, lets you perform Umrah outside the seasonal closure period, set each year by the Saudi authorities. Before going to the Haram, book your Umrah permit in the official app. Details on the Umrah visa page.

Who can use the platform?

Travel agencies and group organisers, who send requests of up to 100 passports, and individual travellers, who order up to 4 passports for themselves and their family.

Do you guarantee the visa?

No. We do not guarantee the visa; we guarantee the accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents provided: every passport is reviewed by a person, and the portal summary is compared with your data before any payment or sending. See our method. If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.

Which nationalities can apply for an eVisa?

Those on the official online eVisa list. Our free checker shows it for each nationality, with the source and the date it was checked.

Do you handle the Umrah visa?

Yes. For nationalities without the eVisa, individual travellers request it from their account: they fill in the request form, we do the rest (see the Umrah visa page). Agencies have three modes, described on the Agencies page.

What is automated, and what stays human?

Our tools read the passports, run the checks, prepare the photo, fill in the portal and compare its summary with your data. A person reviews every passport and signs in to the portal, and every payment is made by a person. See our method.

How are minors handled?

Each minor is linked to an adult in the same request or order and filed with them, the adult first.

Where is the data hosted, and for how long?

In Ireland, in the European Union, and every file is encrypted. Documents are erased automatically 30 days after the trip's return date; only a proof of processing, without the content of the files, is kept longer. See security and data.
