Pricing at a glance
- First request free: one per agency, whatever the mode, up to 100 passports (the maximum size of a request).
- In Normal it is entirely free; in Express, only the Express surcharge of €1.01 per passport is due.
- From the second request: €0.99 per passport processed in Normal, €2 in Express.
- Official visa fees are extra, paid by the agency.
- A passport processed is a passport submitted on the portal: it is billed even if the visa is refused or cancelled after submission, never if it is withdrawn or set aside before.
- You pay once the request is processed, never at signature.
Normal: the standard turnaround. Express: your request is handled first.

How the pricing works

- Where official fees are paidBy your agency: on the eVisa portal, in your Nusuk account, or with the Umrah visa request we file.
- No subscriptionNo subscription and no minimum term or volume.
- Travel documents includedSRDOCS (passport data for the airline), rooming list (who sleeps in which room), badges (pilgrims' name cards) and listing (the full list of the group), at no extra cost.
- Your currencyYou pay in the currency of your country, at the fixed price shown: it is set by the agency's country when the account is created.
