Connect your Nusuk account: your Umrah visas entered in your browser

Your agency keeps its Nusuk account and remains the holder of every application. Our extension, installed in your browser, enters the pilgrims we have read and reviewed. You sign in yourself, and sending and payment stay in your account.

Connecting your account, step by step

The first time takes a few minutes. After that, you open Nusuk, sign in and press “Send”.

  1. Install the extension

In the browser of the computer where your agency already works on Nusuk.

  2. Link it to your agency space

With a single-use pairing code, shown in your space and valid for a few minutes. The extension then shows as linked, with its version.

  3. Choose the Nusuk account to use

A Nusuk account is tied to one country. Pilgrims from that country are ticked by default; if you tick others, we warn you.

  4. Sign in to Nusuk

Username, password and verification code: you type them yourself, in your browser. They never go through us.

  5. Press “Send”

The extension creates the records in your account, adults first, then linked minors, and adds them to your group.

  6. Records checked

The extension reads back each record saved in Nusuk and compares it with the validated data. Any difference is flagged, pilgrim by pilgrim.

  7. You finish in Nusuk

Sending the group and paying are done in your account, by you. The extension pays nothing.

What stays with your agency

  • The accountYour Nusuk account remains yours. You remain its holder, and the holder of every application.
  • The credentialsYou sign in yourself; we never see your password or your codes.
  • Sending and paymentThey happen in Nusuk, by you, when you decide.
  • Choosing the pilgrimsYou tick who goes on which account, all at once or in waves, one country after another.
  • The linkYou unlink the extension from your agency space whenever you want.

Security: nothing happens without you

  • It only acts when you askThe extension works when you press “Send”, in the Nusuk tab you opened and are signed in to.
  • It only receives your pilgrimsLinked to your agency, it only receives your agency's records.
  • A stop buttonPressing STOP halts everything at once. A step in progress that could not be confirmed is marked “to check”.
  • Never twiceIf the confirmation of a record is lost, the extension does not create it again: a person checks in Nusuk before any other action.
  • No workaroundsIt uses the Nusuk pages as you would by hand, and stops at the portal's first refusal.
  • Your dataYour agency remains responsible for its pilgrims' data; we act as a processor, on its instructions.

What we prepare for each pilgrim

Nusuk asks for more than an eVisa. We gather it before sending, from the passport and your answers.

  • The name in Arabic, read from the passport when it prints it, otherwise suggested then reviewed.
  • The father's name, which is not in the passport's coded lines: we ask you for it.
  • Each pilgrim's city of birth and vaccination record.
  • Each minor linked to an adult in the group.
  • No photo to provide: Nusuk uses the passport photo. If it is unusable, we ask you for a new one.

Our guarantee

We guarantee the accuracy of what we enter.

Accurate data entry, guaranteed

We do not guarantee the visa; we guarantee the accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents provided.

Every value sent to the portal follows the same path, and that path ends with a comparison against what you validated.

  1. Read from your documents

Each value comes from the passport, your answers or your agency's settings, and we keep where it came from.

  2. Reviewed by a person

Image and fields side by side: each field is validated or corrected before entry.

  3. Entered as validated

Our tools carry the validated values onto the portal. Nobody retypes them by hand.

  4. Compared before paying or sending

The portal's summary is compared field by field with the validated data. While a difference remains, the request is not announced as ready.

The guarantee covers any gap between your documents and what we entered. Information that is missing or wrong in the document provided is not covered: we flag it when we see it.

If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.

How we check

Your first request is free

Launch offerThen €0.99 per passport processed

Express option: €2 per passport

Pricing at a glance

  • First request free: one per agency, whatever the mode, up to 100 passports (the maximum size of a request).
  • In Normal it is entirely free; in Express, only the Express surcharge of €1.01 per passport is due.
  • From the second request: €0.99 per passport processed in Normal, €2 in Express.
  • Official visa fees are extra, paid by the agency.
  • A passport processed is a passport submitted on the portal: it is billed even if the visa is refused or cancelled after submission, never if it is withdrawn or set aside before.

The same pricing for all three modes, with no subscription or commitment.

Frequently asked questions

All questions

Do we have to give you our Nusuk login details?

No. You sign in yourself in your browser; username, password and codes do not go through us. The extension works in your session.

Can the extension send or pay on our behalf?

No. It creates and completes your pilgrims' records in your account, then checks them. Sending the group and paying stay with you, in Nusuk.

What happens if we press STOP?

Everything stops at once. A record whose creation could not be confirmed is marked “to check”: it is never recreated automatically.

Can one group mix eVisa and Nusuk?

Yes. Each passport takes its route as soon as it is read. Pilgrims eligible for the eVisa follow the eVisa process; the others go on your Nusuk account.

What if we have several Nusuk accounts?

A Nusuk account is tied to one country. You send the pilgrims of one country, sign in to the next account, then send the others.

Do you guarantee the visa?

No. We do not guarantee the visa; we guarantee the accuracy of the information entered, based on the documents provided. Issuance remains the decision of the Saudi authorities. If an error comes from our own entry, we correct it at no cost; if it causes the visa to be lost, we refund our service and the official fees lost.

Do you retrieve the visas once the request is sent?

Yes. Once you have sent and paid in Nusuk, we retrieve each visa, file it under the pilgrim's name, and it joins the group file, with the listing, SRDOCS, rooming list and badges.
