Nusuk Umrah visa entry for travel agencies: entering your pilgrims
In short
For an Umrah visa through Nusuk, the agency enters each pilgrim in its account: passport identity, name in Arabic with the father's name, city of birth, vaccination record and the link between minors and adults. The visa is only issued with an accommodation and transport package. Official fees and the package come on top and are shown before payment.

The Umrah visa goes through an agent and a package
The Umrah visa is an electronic visa. According to the FAQ of the Saudi ministry in charge of Umrah, it is obtained either directly on an approved platform such as Nusuk, or through the external agent: the licensed agency in the pilgrim's country, under contract with a Saudi Umrah company.
For an agency, that means working in its account on the platform for professionals, Masar Nusuk. In May 2026 the ministry opened external agent qualification and contract signing for the 1448 season there.
According to the press (Gulf News, June 2025), since 10 June 2025 housing contracts must be recorded on Nusuk Masar before the visa is issued, in accommodation licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. The official Saudi Press Agency relayed the ministry's call to document these contracts.
The data to prepare for each pilgrim
Nusuk asks for more than the eVisa does. Gather these items before you start entering: they are what is most often missing on the day.

For the group, prepare the package too: accommodation in Makkah and Madinah and local transport, with the contracts arranged by the partner Umrah company.
Common entry mistakes
Name order
The Arabic name follows lineage: first name, father's name, family name, each in its own field. Shifting the father's name by one field is enough to create an identity that is not the pilgrim's. Have each pilgrim confirm their father's name, and write the Arabic name in Arabic letters only.
Minors and their companion
Enter the adult first, then the child linked to that adult, in the same group. The minimum age for an Umrah visa is 5. A woman may come to perform Umrah without a mahram, so there is no need to link her to a man in the group to obtain her visa.
Duplicates and accounts
A pilgrim entered twice creates two records to untangle. And a Nusuk account is tied to one country: a group that mixes nationalities is entered in several passes, one account after another.
Payment, tracking and refusals
Once the pilgrims are entered and added to the group, the agency submits the request and pays in its account. The official visa fees and the mandatory package come on top and are shown before payment. We give no amount here: it depends on the package chosen.
Umrah visas fall under the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its missions abroad, according to the official FAQ: that is who to ask about a refusal. The 1448 season also sets limits: issuance from 31 May 2026 to 9 March 2027, last entry 23 March 2027, as set out in our 1448 season calendar.

Submitting the group and paying happen in your account, by you. The extension never pays anything.

After the visa: the Umrah permit
The visa alone is not enough to perform Umrah. Each pilgrim then books a permit in the Nusuk app, with their passport number, visa number, date of birth, nationality, a phone number and an email address. Only one permit is active at a time. Can an agency obtain an Umrah visa without a package?
No. The FAQ of the Saudi ministry in charge of Umrah states that an Umrah visa cannot be issued by the external agent without a package covering accommodation and transport.
What data is needed to enter a pilgrim on Nusuk?
Besides the passport: the name in Arabic (first name, father's name, family name), the father's name, the city of birth and the vaccination record. For a minor, the adult in the group they are linked to. No photo to supply: the passport photo is used.
